Synopsis

In 1993, Mansur Rashid Kikhia, a former Libyan diplomat and peaceful opponent to Qadaffi vanished in Cairo. His daughter Jihan unravels his disappearance and pieces together her mother’s 19-year search to find him. Without any memory of her father, through encounters with family, her father’s colleagues, and historical archives, Jihan’s search for the truth evolves into a deeper curiosity, drawing her closer to her father while trying to reconcile with her Libyan identity.
