After studying at ENSAV in France, he set up Cam\u00e9l\u00e9on Production in Mauritius, where he produces all his own films as well as numerous short films by young Mauritian directors. David&#8217;s films deal with the profound changes taking place in modern society and their impact on human relationships.<\/p><p>With his first film, <em>Diego L&#8217;Interdite<\/em>, he won the Grand Prix Europ\u00e9en des Premiers Films in Switzerland in 2002.
